As you will be aware from the latest news coverage, the outbreak of COVID-19 / Coronavirus is impacting the movement of people and goods in a growing number of countries. Due to the rising concerns we deemed it appropriate to make a statement regarding the actions that we are taking.

Super Signs Ltd are closely monitoring all updates and advice from the Government. As a result, we are taking a number of precautionary measures to ensure the health and safety of our customers and employees, whilst maintaining our service to you as follows:

  • We are implementing a Business Continuity Plan across the business that includes Health and Safety controls in order to maintain service and safety of our customers and colleagues.
  • In order to do this safely and to minimize social contact, we have decided to arrange for some staff to work from home while keeping a skeleton staff within the office and factory. Please be patient when trying to contact us as it may take us longer to get back to you as we have less staff available.
  • We will remain open for the foreseeable future but ask you NOT to come to our office without prior arrangement. We are available by telephone and email to deal with your signage and display requirements but we will be assessing each job to ensure the safety of our manufacturing and fitting team.

Currently, we are not amongst businesses ordered to close, however this is a rapidly evolving situation and will endeavor to keep you updated if this changes.

We will continue to work with our customers, employees and suppliers to ensure we are all prepared to maintain a high quality level of service to our customers whilst taking any health precautions necessary.
